Forest Dancer
A friend of mine was walking along a trail and this magical moment presented itself - he snapped a picture and I got to paint it. A Disney moment...

The Cellist
At the opening of our art show last year there was a young girl playing the cello for our entertainment. I hope to have captured the sweetness of the moment.

Lavender fields
This painting was inspired by a town in Southern France.
At 50 x 76 cm it is larger than my usual paintings, and done on a surface that I decided never to use again (Canson Mi-Teintes Touch).

My first Winter scene
I am not a winter person, so I tend to shy away from painting it, but I decided to give it a try.
This is another small pastel painting (18 x 24 cm), painted on PastelMat.
